Who We Are
Virtua Events is an event-planning company based in Sheffield which offers a virtual racing experience, bringing all of the thrill, excitement and adrenaline of the racecourse to your venue.
In 2024, Virtua Events worked with the Lord Nelson Pub to raise over £2,700 for charitable causes like Dementia UK, the Children's Hospital charity and Andy's Man Club. There are more events planned for 2025, supporting local charities and businesses in Sheffield.
What We Do
We specialise in providing affordable race night packages for businesses, parties and fundraising events. We've got everything you need: a full PA system, display projector, customisable race cards to suit the occassion and a fully-electronic tote system. Our experienced compère will guide you through the night.

Multiple cash fundraisers available from football cards, 'Name that Teddy' to 'Treasure Island'. Customisable options are available on request.
